Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ravenbellexxx.com (the "Site"). By accessing the Site, browsing the gallery, submitting the booking form, or following any outbound link from the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility & Adult Content

The Site is intended for users who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater). By using the Site you represent and warrant that you meet that requirement.

The Site itself is a promotional brand site and does not host visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct. However, the Site contains outbound links to third-party platforms (including OnlyFans, ManyVids, FapHouse, xHamster, Chaturbate, Fansly, RedGIFs, Tryst, and SextPanther) that may contain such material. You are solely responsible for confirming that accessing those platforms is legal where you are and for complying with their terms of service. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party site.

3. Bookings

The booking form on the Site is a request to book a session, not a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only when we (a) accept your request in writing (email is sufficient) and (b) collect the deposit described below. We may decline any booking request at our sole discretion.

  • Pricing. Current rates are displayed on the Book a Scene page. Rates apply to single-hour sessions; multi-hour sessions cost extra and will be quoted on request.
  • Deposit. A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the date. Deposits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
  • Paid sessions take precedence. Unpaid collaborations may be rescheduled or canceled if a paid opportunity arises for the same date.
  • Rescheduling & cancellation by you. Requests to reschedule must be made in writing at least seventy-two (72) hours before the session. Cancellations within seventy-two hours forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made earlier will be refunded at our discretion, less any third-party fees we have already incurred.
  • Cancellation by us. If we cancel a confirmed session for any reason other than your breach of these Terms, we will refund your deposit in full.
  • Health, safety, and consent. All sessions are conducted between consenting adults eighteen (18) years of age or older with valid government-issued ID. We may require you to provide a copy of valid ID and (where applicable) recent STI test results before a session. We may decline or terminate any session at any time for any reason without obligation to issue further refund beyond what is described above.
  • Force majeure. Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including illness, travel disruption, natural disaster, or government action. We will work in good faith to reschedule.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (including photographs, graphics, text, logos, and the "Raven Belle" name and likeness) is owned by or licensed to the operator of the Site and is protected by copyright, trademark, and right-of-publicity laws. You may view content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, modify, scrape, train machine-learning models on, or create derivative works from any Site content without prior written permission.

If you are an authorized fan content creator, refer to the relevant platform's licensing terms (for example, OnlyFans' or ManyVids' DMCA and licensing pages); rights granted on those platforms do not extend to redistribution from this Site.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site to harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate any person.
  • Submit false, misleading, or stolen information through the booking form.
  • Attempt to access non-public areas of the Site, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with its operation.
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest content from the Site for commercial use or AI training without permission.
  • Use the Site in violation of any applicable law.

6. Disclaimers

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content is accurate, complete, or current.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the operator of this site be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages will not exceed the greater of (a) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) and (b) the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of the Site from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (c) any misuse of the Site by you.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [GOVERNING STATE], United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [VENUE COUNTY, STATE], and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
